Finding your people
In search of lifelong connections and resources? There’s something for everyone.
St. Clare’s Work
Monday 3-5P in the Nelson Room. We knit and crochet shawls, scarves, and lap blankets for people in need. These are blessed at the altar throughout the year and made available for parishioners as a reminder that they are forever wrapped in love. You’re also welcome to draw or just sit and visit with us.
Food Pantry
Tuesday 9-11A at 42nd and Elgin. Families can get food boxes every 4 weeks: come to the church office with a photo ID, an addressed envelope (ex. bill), and the amount of income received. For over 30 years, we have donated money, goods, and time to distribute food boxes monthly.

Yoga Class
Tuesday 6:30-7:30P in the church basement. Open to all genders and ability levels. There are usually chair and floor participants. A $5 donation is accepted, but not necessary. Resolved to love your body more? Join us for a fun, no-stress session–maybe make it a habit!
Centering Prayer
Wednesday 6-6:30P in the Nelson Room (use the office/lobby entry). No spiritual affiliation or experience needed, just a desire to begin or deepen this practice.
LEADER: Rev. Dr. Dann Wigner
Choir Practice
Wednesday 6-7P in the choir room (basement). Always looking for new members! Whatever way you carry your tunes, you are welcome. Often, the choir and organ are accompanied by more instruments to deepen and enrich our liturgy. Our 10 AM service includes music, while our 8 AM service is spoken word only.
LEADER: Mr. Jordan Langehennig
Caregiver’s Support
Thursday 5:15P in the Nelson Room. Being a caregiver is stressful and expensive, and it can be detrimental to the caregiver’s health. If you are experiencing stress or are just in a caregiving role, consider joining our judgment-free and peer-led group.
LEADER: Miss Jane Barnes
